100 Happy Days Challenge: Day 77

More running

I have been getting increasingly frustrated with my running in the past couple of weeks.  My pace has been declining, and my endurance and speed are not getting any better.  I mentioned it in a facebook running group, and someone pointed out that the great thing about a couch to 5K program is that you move forward if you’re ready or you repeat runs until you feel comfortable.  Her words kind of reset the attitude in my head, and I headed out for today’s run in a better frame of mind.  And wouldn’t you know it?  Better pace and distance today 🙂
