Project 365 – Day 175

Evening sky

Evening Sky

Shoot! I missed the moment by a few minutes.  This was the sky as I disembarked from the plane that took me from Grande Prairie to Edmonton.  A few minutes earlier, as we were taxiing into position at the gate, the sunlight’s rays were much more pronounced.  But, my phone was in my purse, which was in the overhead bin.

Today was insane.  I was up at 3 am to drive to Edmonton for a 6:30 am flight to Grande Prairie.  I got there just to find out that my flight was cancelled, so I couldn’t leave until 8:45.  Which made me 2.5 hours late for my visit to my clients’ clinic.  And it made me very, very grumpy.  For anyone who cares, Air Canada sucks.  The last 4 flights I’ve dared to take with them have all been disasters.  I absolutely detest when I’m forced to book an Air Canada flight because I know something’s going to go wrong.  Blech!
