Project 365 – Day 154

Like my spiffy cross trainers?  Today was the first day of boot camp.  I would like to say that it went well, but I got super frustrated with myself for not keeping up.  The same thing happened in the fitness smorgasbord class.  It’s so frustrating when my mind is pushing me, but my body can’t keep going.  I know it takes time, and I have to be patient, and everybody has to start somewhere, and yadda yadda yadda.  I just want to see some kind of result to show me this is worth it.  Sigh.  Spot over there jumped on me about 2 seconds after I took this shot, and he cheered me up.  Cats.  What do they know about being active??

You are out there doing it. THAT’S WHAT MATTERS!!! Yes, I am yelling at you! I’m soooo impressed with what you’ve been doing, so stop beating yourself up. You are not allowed to, and that’s that! ((HUGS))

Thanks C! I know I’m beating myself up over this. Your support means a lot to me. And when I’m back in Vancouver, we’re going to have to find a class to take together 🙂
